Much like a game of “Mother, May I?”, today’s business relationships are based on several ageless principles including: Listening. Engaged hotel leaders have their “head in the game” and are increasing their indexes as the market returns. Giving Tough Love. Even the newest of players needs to hear constructive criticism when the wrong move is made….and action is expected in response. We will be speaking throughout the month of May on our LinkedIn profile with weekly postings delving into specifics subject matters critical to a successful owner/operator relationship.
