The Holiday Inn Express – Winona, Mississippi will soon begin updating the decor throughout the hotel to be in line with the brand’s new look and feel. Titled “Formula Blue”, the fresh interior design package will align the hotel with any new Holiday Inn Express that is opening this year.
This will be the second Holiday Inn Express & Suites that MMI Hotel Group has managed through a Formula Blue conversion in the last two years. Communicating about and coordinating the construction such that guest impact is minimized is critical. MMI has been successful in retaining guests through the process and positioning the hotel appropriately as the work is completed in a manner which provides the returns that ownership needs to pay for the work IHG requires.
