Paulette’s welcomes new chef to honor original vision — with a modern twist

Harbor Town mainstay Paulette’s Restaurant has a new executive chef at the helm, and he’s resurrecting some of the restaurant’s signature dishes.

Chef Guy (pronounced “ghee”) Sockrider is a certified executive chef with more than three decades of culinary experience in kitchens ranging from New Orleans to California. After a period away from the kitchen following a personal tragedy, Sockrider wanted a place where his classical French training could shine.
