Gilstrap majored in management and marketing at East Texas State University.
Joining MMI in 1984, he is an example of MMI's "promote from within" strategy.
Bob has successfully held several positions within the organization including
Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage Director, General Manager and Club
Manager. He currently serves as District Manager.Bob leads a group of professionals dedicated to providing upscale services to the discriminating club member. Attitude and outlook are at the base of his service philosophy and continue to help his team achieve better than expected results. Additionally, he is involved with the marketing, budgeting, staff training and quality assurance at all MMI club properties. His varied experience provides him with the background and the ability to easily adjust to each of his client's personalized needs, whether it is a city, golf, tennis or yacht club.
